Suva laywer Rajendra Chaudhry has been questioned and released in relation to alleged inciteful comments he made on Fiji's One's Close Up Programme last week.
Deputy Director CID, SP Adi Sen also told Fijivillage that police have also taken a statement from the producer of Close Up Programme, Geoffery Smith.
Meanwhile, a team of officers from the CID headquarters were at the Fiji TV office today to confiscate some tapes and interviews that were aired on the Fiji One News last week.
Chaudhry refused to make any comment when contacted this afternoon.
