The Leader of the Fiji Labour Party has raised serious concern over the way the National Council for Building a Better Fiji (NCBBF) teams are distributing the draft Charter booklets and response forms.
Mahendra Chaudhry, who has been holding FLP's consultations in the rural areas of the Western and Northern divisions, said the NCBBF teams are not explaining anything to the people when they hand them the draft People's Charter.
Chaudhry said more time is definitely needed for consultations but the NCBBF needs to ensure that proper consultations are held.
