Former Prime Minister and Labour Party Leader, Mahendra Chaudhry is expected to appear in Tavua magistrate Court tomorrow along with five other people.

It is alleged that Chaudhry and the five allegedly breached conditions of the Public Emergency Regulation by allegedly holding meetings.

Meanwhile, though the actual charges against the group has not been made public, it has been confirmed to Fijivillage that they will appear in court tomorrow.

The group is still in the custody of the Rakiraki Police since Friday afternoon.
