Former Methodist Church of Fiji President Reverend Josateki Koroi has labelled the proposed People's Charter as the Military Charter.
Speaking to Village news, Reverend Koroi said the Interim Government's attempt to try to have non-racial country is against God's will.
Koroi added that race is a fact of life and it would be hard to take that away from anyone.
