The work of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji and the election process should not be linked at all.
These are the words of NCBBF member and Fiji Media Council Chairman Daryl Tarte who said that the work of the NCBBF could take a lot more time than allocated.
Tarte adds that there are a number of reviews and studies as well as a wide cross section of consultation that needs to be done before the Charter is drawn up.
