Pacific Concerns Resource Center's representative, Ema Tagicakibau said the Draft People's Charter will not provide basic needs for families.
She made this comment as a group of concerned mothers gathered to celebrate International Day of Peace in the Peace Garden in Suva on Friday to mark this occasion.
Meanwhile, the NCBBF has extended the consultation process on the Draft People's Charter till December this year.
