The Consultation teams for the People's Charter who were based in the North have returned and out of the 74,000 people there, they managed to speak to 54,000 people from Bua, Macuata and Cakaudrove.

Press Secretary North, Filipe Cula confirms the teams were also faced with difficulties where they were not allowed to enter some villages.

However, Cula said they managed to go back and convince those that rejected the consultation teams to fill up their forms.

Meanwhile, the National Council for Building a Better Fiji will compile their final report this week before it is given to the President, Ratu Josefa Iloilo.
