Suva Lawyer Richard Naidu said the People's charter is the easy way out for the interim government.
Speaking at the Media Forum debate last night Naidu told those in attendance that the People's Charter is not the solution as confidence in the country is fading away slowly.
According to Naidu the nation as a whole needs to keep these promises in the 1997 constitution and only an elected government can help us keep the promises.
