Charges are expected to be laid against a trade unionist who is being questioned on various issues relating to ongoing criminal investigations.
Fiji Police Force’s Chief Operations Officer, ACP Henry Brown said persons of interest relating to their investigations are also expected to be questioned by Police.
However, with criminal investigation ongoing, there will be no further comments until the investigation is completed
It has been reported that the trade unionist was returning from a series of meetings in Australia and was picked up by police at Nadi Airport on Saturday, then taken to Suva for questioning.
