Changes need money. These are the words of Fiji Teachers Union General Secretary Agni Deo Singh in relation to Pillar 9 of the Draft People's Charter which deals with Education issues from ensuring access to quality education for all, to improving the financing of education.
Deo Singh adds it is a bit confusing what is stated in the Draft's Charter and what is available on hand.
