The Viti Resources Association strongly feels that respect for their indigenous rights and ownership will still be maintained
President of the Association, Ratu Osea Gavidi was reacting to the proposed People's Charter which focuses on Building a better Fiji.
Ratu Osea said it will take a long time to make changes.
Meanwhile, the overall objective of the Charter is to rebuild Fiji into a non-racial, culturally vibrant and united , well governed, truly democratic nation that seeks progress.
