The National Federation Party believes that former Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office Parmesh Chand has become a victim of his own decisions.
Rae said while someone of Chand's caliber is a loss, he should have known the mode of operation of an interim government.
This comes after the interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama revealed yesterday that Chand resigned from his post due to certain disagreements with him.
However, Bainimarama said he will never reveal what the reasons were for the disagreements with Chand.
