The Population data collected from this year's Census will be released in 10 days time.
This has been confirmed by Census Director Epeli Waqavonovono who adds that the data collected has been compiled and will be made available to the Constitutional Boundaries Commission as soon as possible.
The Census Director also said that whatever small data that was collected after the Census dates, through their mop up operations will be added into the system.
The President, Ratu Josefa Iloilo, appointed 3 members of the Constituency Boundary Commission that is Ulamila Fa Tuituku, Father Kevin Barr and Albert Queet, to undertake a review of the electoral boundaries in preparation for the general elections.
The Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Saiyed Khaiyum reportedly said that the Commission would start its work as soon as the relevant data were available from the recent census.
