Fiji 15's wing Rupeni Caucau faces legal action from his French rugby club Agen after his failure to return to pre-season training.

Agen, relegated from the French first division last season, says it's offered Caucau several chances to justify his absence since the resumption of training mid-July, but with no result and they have decided to start legal action against him.

The club president Alain Tinguad says Agen no longer considers Caucau a part of the squad and they are very disappointed.

Caucau is under contract with Agen until June 2008.

Meanwhile his agent in Labasa Ifereimi Tiko says Caucau will go to France in two weeks time. According to Tiko, Caucau's suspension ends on September 13th and he cannot train or be associated with his Agen club and that is the reason why he has not joined his club as yet.
