Controversial Fijian wing Rupeni Caucau has signed a new two-year deal with French second division side Agen.

The 28-year-old returned to Agen in November, nine months after ending his first spell.

Since his first arrival in France in 2004, he has endured a series of highs and lows. He was top try-scorer in 2005 but suffered a series of injuries and tested positive for cannabis.

Caucau's is still awaited by the Fiji Rugby Union Coaching Director, Ilivasi Tabua for his services in next month's World Cup 7s tournament.

Caucau's has shown his availablity but has been told to go through a fitness test in France and hand over the result to Tabua, which is still not been done.
