Nadi Pastor Laione Lutunacevamaca and Fiji Rugby Union Chairman Bill Gavoka who are charged with allegedly making false news that fostered public alarm and public anxiety appeared in Suva court this morning.
Defence Counsel Filimoni Vosarogo asked for more time where he will write to the Director of Public Prosecutions Office for further submissions.
The two men are charged with one count of malicious act under the Public Order Act for allegedly circulating information about a so called prophecy of a disaster in Fiji.
The case will be recalled on the 30th of this month.
