Dan Carter's Racing 92 side have clinched a European Champions Cup home quarterfinal after crushing Welsh side Scarlets 64‑14 in Paris.
Former All Black Carter, playing at second‑five, had a perfect performance with the boot in the Sunday match, kicking five conversions and a penalty for a haul of 13 points.
It was Carter's ex‑Crusaders' team‑mate Casey Laulala, who captured the limelight, however, scoring three tries as the French club ran rampant.
Former Chiefs prop Ben Tameifuna also played for Racing 92 in the win.
Carter was given a breather in the 52nd minute with Racing in firm control, being ahead 38‑14.
Racing 92 have top spot guaranteed in their pool ahead of their final group match against the Glasgow Warriors in Scotland on January 23.
