All Blacks first five-eighth Dan Carter said he is ready to play for the Crusaders in their Super Rugby match against the Hurricanes after returning from a six month sabbatical.
Carter’s last top match was for the All Blacks in November but he has played two games for his club South Bridge recently.
The 100 test veteran is making sacrifices to make sure he’s at his best on his return, having given up alcohol for the past two months.
The Crusaders will take on the Hurricanes at 7.35pm Saturday.
