All Blacks first-five Dan Carter is back in the Crusaders squad for Sunday’s Super Rugby match against the Melbourne Rebels in Christchurch.

Carter, who hasn’t played for more than a month, has been named in the reserves having recovered from a hamstring strain.

Coach Todd Blackadder has made four changes to the starting lineup which beat the Highlanders last weekend.

Joe Moody starts at loosehead prop moving Wyatt Crockett to the bench.

Willi Heinz starts at halfback while Tom Taylor makes the starting XV at second five-eighth with Ryan Crotty moving to centre.

The Crusaders play the Rebels this Sunday at 4.05pm.

Tonight at 7.35, the Hurricanes meet the Stormers while at 9.40, the Reds play the Blues.
