Dan Carter and Ma’a Nonu are expected to reunite next week against Argentina.

Carter operated alongside Sonny Bill Williams last year for the Crusaders, while the last time he played with Nonu was when the All Blacks played France during the pool stages of the Rugby World Cup in September.

Nonu played at centre against the Wallabies last week, and SBW’s absence and Conrad Smith’s return means he could play where he is most comfortable according to Carter.

Carter said it gives Ma’a Nonu a chance to be back at his preferred position at inside centre.

The All Blacks will host the Pumas at 7:35pm next Saturday.
