An 18-year-old carpenter of Nadroga is admitted at Lautoka Hospital after he was shot with a nail gun by a fellow workmate.
Divisional Crime Officer Western SP Vijay Singh had confirmed the suspect saw the victim smoking marijuana.
According to police, the man without saying anything aimed the nail gun at the victim and shot him.
The 18-year-old sustained serious injuries on his right shoulder and was transferred to the Lautoka hospital.
The suspect is expected to be charged later today.
