The Constitutional Officers Commission has identified a new candidate for the position of the Supervisor of Elections.
This is after New Zealand lawyer Maurice Coughlan refused to take up the position last month following revelations that he was disbarred in 1992.
After jetting into the country yesterday, Commission Chairman, Rishi Ram said they will not be re-advertising the position.
