The Canberra Hospital has donated some of its old medical equipment to hospitals in Fiji.

Australian Broadcasting Corporation News reports that incubators, ventilators, humid cribs and an anesthetic machine will be shipped to Fiji soon.

Dr Nadana Chandran who visits Fiji every year with a medical team said these machines will maintain a regular flow of patients through the hospitals and he said the machines have been tested and are in working order.
