Fijian players Tomasi Cama and Lote Raikabula are tipped to take over the Captaincy role of the All Blacks Sevens team at this weekend’s USA 7s after captain DJ Forbes was ruled out after suffering an injury.

The duo were named as Vice Captains last week in Wellington and will create history if given the role as they could be the first Fijian ever to captain an All Blacks 7s side.

Meanwhile, the All Blacks Sevens team has been forced to make two key changes to their squad following injuries to two of its key players.

DJ Forbes injured a knee and Kurt Baker a hamstring in Wellington.

Mark Jackman and Milford Keresoma will be replacing the two.

Meanwhile, Fiji will play England at 12pm Saturday in the first pool match of the USA 7s.

Fiji will face Scotland at 3.19pm Saturday and Portugal at 8am Sunday.

After four rounds in the IRB Sevens World Series, New Zealand leads with 77 points, from second placed Kenya with 56 then Samoa with 54 points.

Fiji, South Africa and France are in placed fourth with 51 points.
