Tomasi Cama Junior and Lote Raikabula have been named in the 12 member All Blacks 7s team that will play in the Gold Coast 7s this weekend.
Seasonal campaigners like Scott Curry, Tim Mikkelson, Sam Dickson, DJ Forbes, Gilles Kaka, Sherwin Stowers and Joe Webber have also been named in the team.
Coach, Sir Gordon Tietjens says last week’s Oceania 7's provided essential preparation for this weekend’s first leg of the IRB 7's series.
He said Oceania 7's was not about winning for them and the most important thing was sevens conditioning and nothing beats real game time to help the players get that conditioning.
New Zealand is pooled with Samoa, France and Japan for the Gold Coast 7's.
Meanwhile, Fiji will take on Scotland in their first match at 2.02pm Saturday.
We will then face Portugal at 5.23pm before taking on Australia at 9.01pm Saturday.
The quarter finals will be at 12.48pm Sunday, the semifinals will kick off at 4.53pm while the final will be held at 7.49pm.
