Do not take advantage of the Christmas shopping rush by abusing the trust of consumers.

These are the words of the Fiji Chamber of Commerce president Swani Maharaj just one day away from Christmas as many people will be rushing around to get their shopping done, adding businesses should ensure consumers get a fair return for what they are paying for.

Maharaj added with the removal of tax from certain items announced in the 2010 Budget, this should not be taken as a sign to overcharge consumers.
