The civil service came under attack for its inefficiency during the Prime Minister's Mini Economic Summit at the TradeWinds, calling for a review of the various government departments to improve the poor services which it is well known for.
Fiji Trade Union Congress president Felix Anthony said the civil service needs to change in order for government to improve on the productivity of its workers as well as providing the best services for people.
Sharing similar sentiments was the Fiji Employers Federation president Ken Roberts who said the review will help rebuild the confidence which has been lost due to the inefficiency.
The two day Mini Economic Summit, attended by the various interim ministers and business people, came to an end this afternoon at the TradeWinds in Lami.
