Digicel Fiji 7s captain Setefano Cakau and Naitasiri hillman, Jimilai Naikadawa have been ruled out of the Dubai 7s weekend because of injury.
Coach Alifereti Dere confirmed to Fijivillage this afternoon that Aminiasi Nava and Pio Tuwai will go in as replacements.
Meanwhile, speaking from the Gold Coast, assistant coach Etuate Waqa said that injuries are part and parcel of the tournament and the team will adjust.
Vice-captain, Osea Kolinisau added that there is no other win that is sweeter than to beat New Zealand by 26-12 last night.
Fiji will now prepare for the next leg in Dubai this weekend and they are in Pool A with Argentina, United Arab Emirates and Samoa.
