Digicel Fiji 7's rep Setefano Cakau has recovered from a flu which did not allow him to take part in training yesterday ahead of the Australia sevens on Friday.
Cakau who is the only player to have tasted a win in Adelaide trained for the first time with the side today and will be in contention for the run on team when it is announced by coach Iliesa Tanivula.
Manager Jope Tuivanuavou says the players have been told at training that they have to do well this weekend to stay in contention with Samoa and New Zealand in trying to win the IRB 7's series title.
Fiji will play Wales in their opening pool game in the Australia 7's on Friday at 9.14pm.
Then on Saturday Fiji meets Papua New Guinea at 5:29pm and their last pool match will be against Kenya at 9:56pm.
