The Constitutional Offices Commission will be making their submissions today to the Interim Attorney General regarding the candidate for the Supervisor of Elections post.
COC Chairman Rishi Ram confirmed to Fijivillage that a candidate has been chosen and the COC will submit their recommendations today.
The Supervisor of Elections position has been left vacant since the person appointed to the job, Maurice Coughlan withdrew after revelations emerged of him being disbarred in New Zealand in 1992.
