Police are now looking at avenues to gather more evidence against trade unionist Taniela Tabu before deciding their next step.

According to police, the matter is being investigated by the Criminal Investigations Department and they are collecting evidence to take necessary action against him.

Tabu who was taken in for questioning by military and police earlier this month is under investigation for allegedly breaching the Public Order Act.

He has already been questioned in relation to the allegations.
