Communications Fiji Ltd parent company of Legend FM, FM 96, Viti FM, Navtarang, Sargam, Fijivillage and CinemADS revealed a group profit before tax of more than $450,000.
CFL Managing Director William Parkinson said the result of $459,197 is slightly lower than for the first 6 months of last year, and believes that they are on track to deliver a final result similar to 2009.
He added radio advertising in Fiji is actually significantly ahead of last year.
Communications Fiji Ltd will once again be looking to issue an interim dividend following a review of third quarter results, with the board aiming to deliver a consistent return to its shareholders.
