The Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji has received an interim report from the Air Fiji management after one of their planes hit the Sun Air office in Matei, Taveuni, after it failed to stop after landing last Sunday.
CAAFI CEO Netava Waqa said the report was received last Friday and they went through the report this morning however he refused to reveal any details.
Waqa said discussions are underway on what happened and how to prevent such incidents in the future.
He added they are now awaiting the final report from Air Fiji as this may take some time as all parties including the manufacturer's views will also be included in the report.
Air Fiji chief executive Sialeni Vuetaki is yet to make any comments.
