National U-20 soccer coach Carlos Buzetti will rely on Fiji's 2-nil win against the All Whites last month as an inspiration for his side in their opening game against New Zealand in the U-20 play-off this evening in Tahiti.

Buzetti knows the Fiji team will have to beat the Kiwis this evening to have a better chance of representing the Oceania group to the U-20 World Cup next year.

Captain Esava Samudre who was a key member of the side that beat New Zealand 2-0 will lead a side that has players who are playing in the Super Premier ranks like Josefa Basudra of Ba, Archie Watkins of Nadroga, Wasim Ali of Rewa and Samu Drudru of Lautoka.

Fiji will take on New Zealand at 6pm in the Oceania U-20 play-off in Tahiti.
