Fiji Soccer Head Coach Carlos Buzetti has been granted permission to coach the National Beach soccer team.

Buzetti has good experience in Beach soccer, helping the Vanuatu team before taking up the coaching post in Fiji.

Buzetti said his first job will be to teach the players the rules of Beach soccer and from there, he can start building a good team.

Beach soccer is now compulsory in Oceania countries and a team can automatically qualify for the Beach Soccer World Cup.

Fiji will for first time next year, take part in the Oceania Beach soccer championship.
