The Fiji soccer team’s coach is hoping that Vanuatu beats New Zealand today, so that the Olympic berth remains open.

Coach Carlos Buzetti said if Vanuatu beats New Zealand, then the Olympic qualifying tournament will become more interesting.

Meanwhile, according to Buzetti, they have rectified all their mistakes after their 1-2 loss to the New Zealand side on Saturday and players are fully focused for their second match this afternoon.

Buzetti said there will be a couple of changes made to the starting line-up and like Saturday, his side will stick to the attacking soccer.

Fiji must beat Papua New Guinea today to remain in contention for an Olympic berth. The match will kick off at 5pm and you can catch the live commentary of the match on our sister station Radio Sargam.
