This week has been a busy week for Westech Mining Company Limited as Westech mining Limited director reveals that they have been writing cheques out to 360 companies.
According to Brian Wesson the mining company has been engaged for the past few days in ensuring that they make their first payment of the more than 15 million dollars in outstanding tax.
FIRCA had earlier placed a garnishee order on the Company to ensure that they paid up the oustanding tax owed by former employees, Vatukoula Gold Mining Limited.
Meanwhile, Wesson adds that the company has not closed the doors on people interested in applying for jobs at the mines as there might be a need for them.
