The owners of the Raiwaqa Bus which caught fire and caused the death of 10 people late last night said the bus was in top condition before leaving for Nadi last night.
Managing Director, Ashish Kumar said they are astonished as to what could have gone wrong with the bus that met the unfortunate fate.
Kumar said they express their deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the affected families for the loss of their loved ones.
When contacted by Fijivillage, a very distraught Kumar was unable to speak but said further comments will be made after they receive the results of the investigations now underway.
