The 47 year old driver of City Line Buses who was involved in tragic bus accident at Edinburgh drive on Wednesday night that claimed the life of a school teacher is expected to appear in the Suva Magistrate Court today.
Police Spokesperson Corporal Suliano Tevita said Police laid charges on the driver on Saturday night with occasioning death by dangerous driving.
A man died a short while after the accident.
A man who was a passenger in one of the buses is still admitted at the Suva hospital however his condition is improving.
