The Bus driver of the Raiwaqa Bus company has been charged with manslaughter in relation to the horrific Malaqereqere bus fire which claimed 12 lives in August last year.
34 year old driver Kamanieli Tuimavana appeared in the Sigatoka Magistrates court this afternoon charged with one count of manslaughter.
No plea was taken and the case is adjourned to September 28th.
12 people died when the Raiwaqa Bus caught fire in Malaqereqere while on its way to a funeral gathering in Sigatoka.
