Police have arrested and charged a 50 year old bus driver of Labasa for allegedly causing the death of a 26 year old woman on Sunday afternoon.
Regional Traffic Officer Northern, Inspector Luke Ravula said the driver has been charged with one count of causing death by dangerous driving and will be taken to court tomorrow.
It is alleged that the bus he was driving hit a carrier in which the 26 year old woman was travelling.
She was pronounced dead upon arrival at the Labasa Hospital.
