40 passengers including students have been rushed to hospital after the bus they were travelling in veered off the road in Logani while traveling from Dawasamu to Nausori this afternoon.
Divisional Police Commander Eastern SP Emosi Baleinuku who is at the scene confirms that some passengers sustained serious injuries in the accident.
Police, along with the National Fire Authority and Ambulance officials are still at the scene as investigations get under to determine the cause of the accident.
