The Interim Transport Minister said he is aware that the bus operators in the country have not received any fuel subsidies as yet.
Speaking to Fijivillage News, Timoci Natuva said the Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority and the Transport Ministry have given their submissions to the Ministry of Finance and the fuel subsidy payout is still being processed.
Natuva adds that they are still negotiating and they are hopeful to get answers by the end of this week.
The Fiji Bus Operators Association had raised concern that they have not received any fuel subsidy to date.
