A Dee Cees Bus bound for Suva from Lami was involved in an accident a few minutes ago and has landed six passengers in hospital.
According to our reporter at the scene Dhanjay Deo, the driver lost control of the bus crashing into the bus stop opposite the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Lami.
Police said that the passengers received minor injuries mostly to the lower part of their bodies and have been rushed to CWM Hospital. The driver has been taken into police custody for questioning.
