A burst main at the Waila Treatment plant early this morning has led to water disruption in the Navuso, Sawani, Waila flats, Dilkusha and upto Koronivia.
Corporate Communication officer of the Water Authority, Joe Cava has confirmed that the engineers are working on the burst main and it is still unclear on when water supply is expected to normalize.
Meanwhile, residents in the Samabula, Wailoku, Savura, Delainavesi, Lami, Veisari and up to Togalevu are still not receiving normal water supply from yesterday afternoon.
There was a power shutdown at the Savura Pumping Station which led to the disruption.
