Speaking from France this morning, Burotu said he is still hurt after Fiji’s disastrous performance last week in the New Zealand Sevens and he wants to be in the team to win the Melrose Cup.
Burotu added it will be a good time to come over to Fiji a month before the Melrose Cup.
Yesterday, Scotland based Nikola Matawalu and France based Joeli Lutumailagi declared their availability if needed.
Former national sevens playmaker Metuisela Talebula has also made his intentions clear.
Meanwhile, the Digicel Fiji Sevens team will meet England at 12pm tomorrow in the USA Sevens.
Fiji will then face Scotland at 3.19pm tomorrow and Portugal at 8am Sunday.
