Sam Burgess was hospitalised with a possible neck injury during their game with Dragons last night.
Burgess was injured in the 52nd minute of South Sydney's 8-6 loss to the Dragons, spending several minutes lying on the ground before being taken to St Vincent's Hospital.
Meanwhile, in another match the Storm defeated the Warriors 21-14.
