The Fiji Teachers Union said Interim Public Service Minister Poseci Bune has breached the agreement signed with the unions on when the four percent restoration of pay cut will be made to civil servants.
General Secretary Agni Deo Singh said they will take necessary action if the interim government pays the restoration without backdating.
