The Bulls opened another history in Super 14 after thumping the Chiefs 61-17 in front of a capacity crowd of 52,000 thousand in Pretoria this morning.

It was the biggest ever win by any sides in the history of Super rugby final and also it was the second time for the Bulls to lay their hands in the Super 14 title.

It was a dream start for the Chiefs side as it took them only 6th minute to scored their first try to Leila Masaga but that dream was dash by an outstanding performance from the home side as they scored four tries, a penalty and a drop-goal from Moyne Steyn to lead 34-7 at halftime.

Fourie du Preez and Bryan Habana grabbed two tries each in the first spell with Steyna adding the conversion.

In the second half the Chiefs started strongly with try to captain Mils Muliaina but conceded another four tries from the Bulls to Captain Victor Matfield, Wynand Oliver, Pierre Spies and Danie Rossouw.

The Bulls dominated possession through world class lineout led by Bakkies Botha and Victor Matfield to win the Super 14 final magnificently by 61-17.
