2007 Sportswoman - Makelesi Bulikiobo will be vying for her second national award as the FASANOC Female Athlete of the Year this Friday night.
Bulikiobo is known as Athletics Fiji's top woman sprinter at home and in the Pacific region and is the latest recipient of an International Olympic Committe scholarship.
Bulikiobo's achievements include winning Gold in the 400m Melanesian Championship in Australia and lately winning Gold at the Australian meets and setting a new national record.
Also vying for the award is Andra Whiteside from Fiji Badmington, Carolina Puamau from Swimming and Helen Pahulu from Fiji Power lifting.
The FASANOC Awards night will be held at 7pm at the Tradewinds in Lami.
